WHAT CAN YOU WIN?
The lucky finalists will be asked to join Wahl at MCB in Paris on Saturday the 13th of September to showcase their talent on the iconic 360° Stage. Compete in front of a high-profile jury, demonstrate your craft, and battle it out for the title of the best barber.
This is more than just a competition - it’s your moment to shine, connect with the barbering community, and elevate your career to new heights. The winner will get to lift the prestigious European Barber of the Year trophy, a title that has long been a career springboard for many barbers in the UK.
The stakes couldn’t be higher!
The 1st place winner will receive an all expense paid trip for themselves and a model to the Wahl Global Barber Battle in Chicago, €500 in Wahl tools, in addition to the prestigious Wahl European Barber of the Year trophy. The champion will also earn the incredible opportunity to represent Wahl as an official Ambassador for one year.
The 2nd place winner will receive €300 in Wahl tools
The 3rd place winner will receive €200 in Wahl tools
HOW TO ENTER?
To enter, tell us why you think you’re worthy of the title Wahl European Barber of the Year. We want to hear about your barbering career so far and your ambitions for the future, as well as how you plan to take it to the next level.
You’ll need to submit up to 3 images showcasing your best work as a barber – make sure these are the best possible representation of your abilities. We want to be impressed!

The competition entries open on 06.06.2025 and the deadline for entries is 15.07.2025

HOW WILL THE FINALISTS BE ANNOUNCED
The finalists will be announced on @wahlproeurope There will be 4 finalists.
WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE WINNER BE DETERMINED?
The lucky finalists will be asked to join Wahl at MCB in Paris on Saturday the 13th of September to showcase their talent live on the iconic Main Stage*. Compete in front of a high-profile jury, demonstrate your craft, and battle it out for the title of the best barber. The winner will be announced right after the battle on the Main Stage.
DETAILS FOR FINALISTS
4 barbers will compete simultaneously live on the 360° Stage, creating a freely chosen men’s haircut in 45 minutes.
The haircut is entirely up to you, but it must include a noticeable transformation, with a visible length difference of at least 3 cm. You are free to let your creativity run wild.
All techniques and tools are allowed. However, Wahl will provide clippers, trimmers, shavers and hairdryers to be used for the competition on stage.
You’ll need to bring your own model. Wahl covers the entry fees for both the finalist and their model.
