Seminar information: Foundations is the perfect class for stylists and barbers who want to build a strong technical base in barbering. This hands-on course takes you back to the core principles that every barber needs to master in order to confidently execute any haircut a client may request.

What you'll learn ? Clipper over comb, tapering techniques, intro into fading, Blending, clipper knowledge and classic styling. 

Requirements: 3 years of hairdressing experience required, however knowledge of Men’s hairdressing is not essential.

Material needed: Personal tools (combs, brushes, water spray bottle, styling products, hair dryer). Hair clippers and trimmers are provided.

Course times: 10h - 16h day course

Included: Practice head, seminar handout, certificate, drinks and a light lunch.

Modern Barbering

Seminar information: All serious professional barbers and hairdressers know how important it is to stay up to date with styles and techniques and get the most out of their skills. With constant changes to fashion there is always something new to learn and everyone needs a refresh from time to time. This seminar is ideal for updating basic skills and learning new advanced techniques.

What you'll learn ? Precision cutting, clipper knowledge & techniques, hair texture techniques, blending, modern styling. 

Requirements: 3 years of hairdressing experience and knowledge of Men’s hairdressing is recommended. This seminar builds on the content of the "Classic Foundations" seminar, but attendance at that seminar is not a prerequisite.

Material needed: Personal tools (combs, brushes, water spray bottle, styling products, hair dryer). Hair clippers and trimmers are provided.

Course times: 10h - 16h day course

Seminar information: For barbers who want to refine their craft on textured hair. Afro Foundations focuses on the art of shaping cuts that highlight natural movement and definition. 
This class is built to help you understand how to work with texture - not against it - creating strong silhouettes that celebrate indivdualty and flow.

What you'll learn ? Detailing, shape, fading techniques, clipper knowledge and afro styling.

He is the founder of the renowned barbershop Hair Jordan with locations in Düsseldorf, Essen, and Hamburg — blending barbering, sneakers, lifestyle, and music into one unique concept.

  • The “Berliner Tor” U-Bahn and S-Bahn station is located approximately a 5-minute walk from our venue. Hamburg Central Station is also easily accessible, situated just a 15-minute walk away.
  • For participants arriving by car, there is a large parking garage located just two minutes from our venue- Beim Strohhause 8, 20097 Hamburg.
