REPAIR YOUR WAHL PRODUCT
If your product is no longer eligible for warranty, but you still want to contact us to repair it, you have two options:
- our webshop customer service (located in Germany) – please use the form below
- our local customer services and authorized repair centers (you can find a list of contacts below in this page)
Please do not send products before contacting us.
Contact us first, and we will give you all the instructions regarding how to proceed.
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS
Please be advised that Wahl GmbH, including our Customer Service and Repair Center, is closed from Saturday 21st December and will re-open Thursday 2nd January to allow employees to spend valued time at home with their families.
We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to quickly respond to any questions, concerns, or requests you might have when we return on 2nd January.
