If you need a repair, you can use our contact form. You will get in touch with our Customer Service Center located in Germany.

We will make sure to find someone in the Company or in our local Subsidiaries who can address your needs.

Please note that we are not shipping orders between Tuesday 17th December and Monday 1st January.
If you order by 15th December, you should receive your parcel before Christmas, but please be aware that there may be delay due to high carrier volume.
You can still place orders on our website, but we will start shipping again on 2nd January.
