SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We operate this site to serve our Wahl end-users. Our distribution center is not equipped to satisfy large volume orders. We reserve the right to reject any order that appears to be intended for resale or export.
Please be advised that we are not shipping orders between Tuesday December 19th and Monday January 1st.
If you order by December 15th, you should receive your parcel before Christmas, but please be aware that there may be delay due to high carrier volume.
You can still place orders on our website, but we will start shipping again the 2nd of January.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES*
Processing times are separate from the shipping times you may see during check out. All orders are processed within 24 hrs after being placed. Processing time excludes weekends, public holidays, and Christmas/New Year’s Eve.

We ship all our products from our warehouses in Germany. For an estimated breakdown of our delivery expected transit times please see below. Please keep in mind, these dates are our best estimated delivery and actual delivery times are subject to change.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Current delays with the postal system have been noted, and this timeline is purely our best estimate.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us using our contact form or send us an email to email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
SHIPMENT TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
If you're shopping for several people at once and want to ship your various items to several addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Applicable shipping fees apply to each order placed. Addresses can be saved for later.
DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY
The following applies to consumers: If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
For entrepreneurs, the following applies: The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration shall pass to you as soon as we have delivered the item to the forwarding agent, the carrier or the person or institution otherwise designated to carry out the shipment.
Wahl GMBH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier:
- have taken possession of the goods if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered as a whole.
- have taken possession of the last goods or has taken possession of the last goods if you have ordered several goods in the context of a uniform order and the goods have been delivered separately.
- have taken possession of the last partial consignment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods in several partial consignments or pieces.

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If you finance this contract with a loan, and later revoke the contract, you are no longer bound to the loan, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed if we are your lender, or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to financing. If we have already received the loan at the moment of your cancellation, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of the present contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual obligation, make use of your right of cancellation and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you also have a right to do so.
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely in the case of contracts .
- for the delivery of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- for the delivery of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
As mentioned above, you will bear the return costs in case of cancellation which may be deducted from your refund

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return:
- Please log into your user account
- Click on My Orders
- Select the desired product(s) and click Return
- Our Customer Service department will contact you via email to finalize the process

Exchanges are not currently supported. If you would like to exchange your current item for a different item, please follow the return process for the item you would like to return, and then create a new order for the item you would like in exchange. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 10 days of receiving your return order. We can only accept returns if the merchandise was directly purchased from eu.wahl.com, de.wahl.com or nl.wahl.com. At this time, we cannot process returns from retail stores and other online retailers.

If you have an eu.wahl.com, de.wahl.com or nl.wahl.com account, you can check return status at My Account. Click on My Returns in the left panel. You will see a list of started and completed returns.

Exchanges are not currently supported. If you would like to exchange your current item for a different item, please follow the return process for the item you would like to return, and then create a new order for the item you would like in exchange.
