WARRANTY CLAIM
Please contact us if you have issues with one of our products that is still covered by warranty.
To know more about the warranty terms, please make reference to the note enclosed in your product package. Please check our warranty policy for general and standard information.
If your product is no longer eligible for warranty, but you still want to contact us to repair it, please go to our repair request page. You will find contacts of the webshop customer service and our local customer service and authorized repair centers.
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS
Please be advised that Wahl GmbH, including our Customer Service and Repair Center, is closed from Saturday 21st December and will re-open Thursday 2nd January to allow employees to spend valued time at home with their families.
We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to quickly respond to any questions, concerns, or requests you might have when we return on 2nd January.

Get in touch with us first, and we will give you all the instructions regarding how to proceed.

- one of our local customer services and authorized repair centers (you can find a list of contacts below in this page)
Please remind when contacting us for a warranty claim that we will ask you to provide proof of purchase.
We usually reply in 2 working days.
